Gastronomy for everyone will be a website for users with dietary restrictions to help them plan their vacations without the fear and stress of not knowing what nutrition options are available for them
This service is for anyone who needs to follow specific dietary guidelines but feels overwhelmed trying to find
safe places to eat when they travel to a new destination.

This site will provide cities and list restaurants which fit dietary needs of a user. A user will input their restrictions and travel location, and then will be given a list of restaurants which could fit their needs. users will have the option to leave reviews on restaurants based on how accurately it catered to their needs. If a city is not available for a user to select from, they can suggest it to be added, and an employee will then look in that area to add restaurants for the database.
This site would be operational by May. It will include popular travel destinations in the US at first, and add more cities per user requests.

It takes a lot of time and effort to plan a vacation when more than half of your time is spent looking for places to eat that fit your lifestyle. This can be stressful and even discourage many people from traveling. This service will allow users to feel more confident and relaxed about their ability to travel despite dietary restrictions.
The home page will provide information about the website and its purpose. It will also give the user the option to login, view their saved cities, or view their saved restaurants. The bulk of the page will be search fields where the user will choose a state, then a city, and then check any dietary restrictions they have.
If they do not see the city they would like, they can put in a request for that city to be added. They will receive an e-mail when it has been added.

Search results will show an image of a restaurant, the name and location of the restaurant, and a link to see relevant dishes based on their dietary needs. If a user is logged in, they can save a restaurant to their favorites. Their favorite restaurants/favorite cities will show up similar to this layout.

Here the user will input basic information to create their account. This would allow their dietary restrictions to be saved and automatically applied to searches.

Each location will be comprised of a city and a state. For example, Minneapolis, MN, or Miami, Florida.
Each restaurant will have a name, an address, a zip, and will be associated with a location (a city/state)
Dishes will have a name and associated allergens, as well as the restaurant it can be found in.
These are things such as allergens or other restrictions. Not all restrictions are allergy related, such as religious restrictions, so the term "restriction" is used in a broad sense instead of allergen.
Users will have their first and last name, e-mail address, username, password, savec cities, saved, restaurants, and saved restrictions for their travel needs.
